Angkasa Pura needed a single sign-on across internal systems and a system to track key performance indicators.

  • Ran the project from kickoff to delivery with backend, frontend, UI/UX, QA and DevOps.
  • Turned client expectations into tasks the team could pick up.
  • Escalated blockers to the team lead early to keep the timeline steady.
  • Kept scope within what the client had agreed to.
